Black and White Bottle No. 1

Black and White Bottle No. 1 is a fully beaded sculptural object — a bottle form covered entirely in hand-glued seed beads in black, white, and rose gold.

Every surface is beaded. The main body carries a repeating geometric pattern: a black ground with white floral-star motifs and rose gold accent lines that move through both. The shoulder transitions into a structured band before the neck, which is finished in vertical fringe — alternating black and rose gold lines hanging from a beaded collar. The stopper is a sphere banded in black and rose gold, seated on a small beaded collar that connects it to the neck.

The whole piece — bottle and stopper — was designed as one composition.

This is not a functional bottle. It is a sculpture in bottle form: an intimate object made to be looked at, turned, returned to. Small enough to hold in two hands. Complex enough to find something new every time you look.

Beadwork technique: hand glued size 11/0 Preziosa seed beads, heritage bead tradition.
